Terms and Conditions 

Rental Times 

The event space is open 7 days a week for rentals 

  

Sunday - Thursday 

All Day Reservations - $300 (Access as early as 8 AM - Out by 11:59 PM) 

  

Friday & Saturday 

All Day Reservations - $500 (Access as early as 8 AM - Out by 11:59 PM) 

  

Up Charging for Holiday - $100 

New Year's Eve & Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thurs-Sunday), & Christmas Eve & Day 

(to cover the over-time cost of our employees asked to work on Holidays) 

  

  

VENUE RENTAL INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: 

  

Tables & Chairs included: 

20  -  72” round tables 

10 -   8ft Rectangle tables 

10 -  6ft Rectangle  tables 

200 - Folding Chairs 

(we do not provide linens or table coverings)

Basic sound system for announcements and mood music (not equivalent to a DJ for music) 

Wall Projectors 

Kitchenette with prep tables, sinks, electricity for warmer ovens, etc.  

(Use of the Kitchenette is included but does require an additional $50 cleaning fee billed separately for proper sanitation and mitigation of any food allergens after each event.) 

  

For expanded decorating needs a referral will be provided to local rental companies or you can bring whatever you can carry in & out during the rental period. 

  

Food, Drinks, or Catering: 

We do not provide food or catering at this time. For private parties, you may provide whatever food or drinks you desire.  If you are providing alcohol to your guests, the renters will remain liable for the actions of their guests.  Please review the terms and conditions below regarding DRAM Shop insurance.  

  

Alcohol, Mixed Drinks, & Bartending can be provided at an extra fee and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. 

  

You may select a Caterer of your choice; however, the Caterer must be in good standing with the Venue at the time of the event.  A list of recommended Caterers will be provided.  If the Caterer falls out of good standing, it does not justify a cancellation or a refund.   We will make a reasonable effort to notify you; however, it is the Renters' responsibility to communicate with their Caterer and find a replacement.  The Venue will not be liable for any lost deposits with a Caterer due to a change in standing with the Venue.

Insurance: 

  

If serving alcohol, you bring in for your guests: Proof of DRAM Shop Insurance Required with the 50n4 Venue listed as Co-insured/additionally insured. The policy must be for $1 Million.  Alcohol consumption must be free for invited guests only.  The sale of alcohol to others is strictly prohibited.  

  

Clean-up: 

  

Set Up and Clean Up must be done only during the time the facility has been reserved.  All events are required to end at 11:00 PM and must be cleaned/vacated by 11:59 PM 

  

Early setup or late clean-up will not be permitted without additional rental fees. 

  

Setup and clean up – All setup and clean up are to be done by groups using the facility.  Clean-up equipment will be made available in the janitorial room next to the restroom.  Failure to properly clean the Venue will result in forfeiture of the rental deposit and denial of future reservations.  All trash is to be bagged, tied, and removed from the Venue and placed in receptacles located outside.  Additional cleaning services may be contracted by an approved vendor and must be approved by Venue management 7 days before the start of the rental period.  The Renter will remain responsible for the cleaning of the Venue regardless of who is contracted to provide services. 

  

Liability: 

  

The 50n4 Venue will not be liable for any claims for injury to damages resulting from or arising out of the Facilities premises and the Renter agrees to indemnify the 50n4 Venue and hold it harmless against any and all such Claims, damages, losses, or expenses. 

  

   

Rental Payment: 

Off-Season (January 15th - October 30th): 1/2 of the non-refundable rental fee will be required 90 days prior to the rental period to hold the reservation.   Reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to the reservation period. 

  

Peak-Season (November 1st - January 14th: A nonrefundable rental fee will be required 60 days prior to the rental period to hold the reservation.    

Failure to pay the reservation fee in full by the due date will result in termination of the rental agreement and a forfeiture of all rental payments.  Rental payments are to be made by cash, money order, or wire transfer.  Credit cards cannot be used for Rental Payments. 

  

Cancelation Policy: 

Off-Season (January 15th - October 30th):   All cancellation requests must be made in writing. A 50% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 15 business days prior to the scheduled event.  A 25% refund will be granted if the request is received between 9 and 5 business days prior to the scheduled event.  No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled event. 

Peak-Season (November 1st - January 14th:  All cancellation requests must be made in writing. A 50% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 30 business days prior to the scheduled event.  A 25% refund will be granted if the request is received between 20 and 15 business days prior to the scheduled event.  No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 15 days prior to the scheduled event. 

  

Cancelations not initiated by the Renter will provide an opportunity to reschedule the rental for a future time at a 25% discount.  If a rescheduling cannot be agreed upon by both parties, then a full refund will be provided.  Inclement weather is not a justification for cancelation of an event unless all roads and highways are closed the day of the event and within 5 miles of the Venue. 

  

  

General Conditions: 

  

A) 50n4 is smoke-free.  Smoking or Vaping inside the facility is prohibited.  Smoking/Vaping by renters or their guests in the facility will result in a $1000 cleaning fee.  All smoking must be in the designated outside smoking area only. 

  

B) No equipment installation or building modifications are to be made unless approved in advance.  

  

C) Please plan to decorate the space to match your event, just follow these simple rules.  Decorations used in the building are to be as fireproof as possible. NO OPEN FLAMES.  Decorations to be attached to the building are to be approved by management and attached in only pre-approved locations, holders, or anchors.  Decorations are to be removed by the end of the event.  Any decorations left after the rental period become the property of 50n4 Venue and may incur a cleaning or disposal fee.  

  

We do not allow glitter to be used in space. Use of Rice, Mylar, Confetti, or Bird Seed will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee, you will never find all of it until a few days later. 

  

D) A kitchenette is provided and DOES NOT include a stove.  Prepared food may be brought into the building for serving, provided all food and catering equipment is removed at the end of the event/activity. 

  

E) Activities/events are to be carried on inside the building only and are not to expand to adjoining parking areas in a manner such as to disturb neighbors. 

  

F) No candles, sparklers, pyrotechnics, or any other flammable materials shall be used, except for food-warming equipment brought by caterers.  This includes centerpieces.  For candle-like effects, we recommend using battery-operated LED candles. 

  

G) The setting up of chairs and tables is the responsibility of the group utilizing the Venue. The group is also responsible for the return of the tables and chairs to their original storage locations in good order. 

  

H) All activities/events shall be properly controlled and supervised whenever persons participating in the activity are less than 18 years of age.  Teen parties need to be approved by the 50n4 Venue management in advance.  If approved a minimum of 1 adult representative per 10 youth must be present at all times. 

  

I) It is agreed that the person and /or organization making the reservation will be held responsible for ensuring the facilities rules and regulations are complied with.  The security deposit held by the Venue management is not a limit of the rental liability.  Any damages or fees in excess of the security deposit will be due 24 hours after notification by management.   

  

J) 50n4 Venue will not be responsible for any renter or their guests' valuables lost or stolen.  The Venue is under constant video surveillance for the purpose of monitoring compliance with the rules and regulations only.  Due to privacy restrictions, video recordings can only be viewed by Venue management or released to the proper authorities upon their request. 

  

K) In the event of the Police being called for a disturbance inside or outside of the facility the 50n4 Venue management will hold all or a partial amount of the security deposit. 

  

M) No live animals.   We do not allow live animals on the Venue, except for certified service animals as required by the ADA.  The handler is responsible for the care and supervision of his or her service animal.   Requests for emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing.
